EGYPTIAN LOVER
Los Angeles native Egyptian Lover (Greg Broussard) is internationally recognized as a pioneer of West Coast hip hop and helped bring electro rap to the masses, while influencing many DJs and MCs in his wake since the early ‘80s. The first West Coast rapper/producer to achieve international success, Egyptian Lover paved the way for the early West Coast hip hop pioneers like Dr Dre, Eazy E, Rodney O, Snoop Dogg, King Tee among others.

SPACE DIMENSION CONTROLLER
Mr. 8040, better known as Space Dimension Controller (though his parents call him Jack), is the Belfast-based producer from outerspace who creates his own kind of ‘galactic funk’, where future boogie meets vintage electronic sounds, and g-funk vibes bump shoulders with early 90s Detroit techno. By way of collecting an arsenal of glowing analogue synths and dusty reel-to-reels – because you can’t build a starship fleet from an 808 drum machine alone (or can you?) – he came to his current role as galactic music ambassador on planet Earth. With his trusty vocoder at his side, this one-time heavy metal guitarist has already filled floors from Fabric to Berghain, all over Europe and beyond, as well as released records on labels such as Clone, R&S, and Kinnego.
