Deep from the Berlin Underground comes this new formation into synthpunk and minimalwave.
BOYKOTT KOMMUNIKATION is for the love for the music, especially for the love for the strange analog and real DIY sounds from the early NDW period when the machines were still controlled by the human beings and not the other way round, and for own our curiosity of how it is “to make music”.
The music is in our heads, we have to let it out. Somehow.

Riikka works as a dj for “als wär´s das letzte mal”, “zurück zum beton” and has their own radio-show called “zone grau”.
Her style could be described as synth-wave, underground-ndw and minimal-dadaistic-sounds.
