Sun Glitters is Victor Ferreira, Luxembourg’s finest beats maker. The sound is an ocean of lush melodies, pitch-shifted vocal samples, ghostly digi-diva choirs, warm bass melodies driven by alternately dense and relaxing beatwork combinations between downtempo and wonky beats. It’s a bit Boards of Canada, some Burial and even some influences of
Balam Acab, but also a very unique experience. After a couple of ep’s and singles the debut album /Everything Could Be Fine/ was released earlier this year on Bandcamp. Add a couple of complications and remixes for bands such as Blackbird Blackbird, :Papercutz and Niva and you have one of the most productive pop musicians around at the moment. —- Pitchfork
/”Another unearthly, dancefloor paen from Luxembourg’s Sun Glitters in the smudged,
ghostly shape of his heavy, disturbingly romantic new single “Things Are.”/—- Transparent
/”Everything Could Be Fine’ is a blisteringly beautiful and chilled debut that will appeal to dubstep, synthwave and electronica fans alike, firmly putting Ferreira down as one to watch for 2011.”/

“Luxembourg’s Sun Glitters has been a healthy presence in a certain part of the internet lately. Maybe as a function of working constantly with like-minded bliss-centric electronic artists, or by having a perfectly sound-explanatory name, but probably just from nailing an exact tone.”/—- The Fader/
“It’d seem we have one of the most forward thinking and inspired producers of the hazy pop generation on our hands. Thanks Luxembourg.”/ —- Rock Feedback

Cam Deas (UK)
English 12-string guitarist Cam Deas explores the space between contemporary composition and free improvisation. His sonic exploration through extended techniques is reminiscent of Derek Bailey, but Deas constructs his pieces carefully, shifting between great sensitivity, melodic climaxes, to stabbing atonal onslaughts. His most recent record `Quadtych´ (on Present Time Exercises) combines all three approaches in a mammoth 70-minute work. He has released over a dozen albums on labels including Blackest Rainbow, Great Pop Supplement, and Dead Pilot.Deas has extensively toured across Europe, and collaborates with Chie Mukai, Steffen Basho-Junghans, Ben Nash, Paul LaBrecque (Sunburned Hand of the Man), and Jack Allett (Spoono), among others.
“Cam Deas has in a very short time established himself as one the leading and most inventive contemporary acoustic guitar players” – Tom Lecky, The Liminal”one of the most beautiful and haunting pieces I´ve heard Deas put to wax. The use of space and tension is exquisitely devised and performed with taught control and expert playing.”Quadtych Volume 1 review, Foxy Digitalis – 9/10

Eric Arn (USA/Wien)
American guitarist Eric Arn and his Primordial Undermind have mined the deepest regions of avant-rock for two decades, producing everything from distorted psychedelic freakouts, through free instrumental music, to pure drones and abstraction.
Since moving from Austin, Texas to Vienna, Austria in 2005, Eric frequently performs solo, in duos with wife Vanessa Arn, Stefan Kushima (Cruise Family), and Wouter Jaspers (Franz Fyodor), as well as in Tempel Solaire, the Vienna Improvisors Orchestra, and Marco Eneidi’s NENUVI Orchestra. He recently released a solo cdr ‘Points of Fissure’, a disc of live solo/duo/trios with Kushima and Jaspers (‘Templates – version’ on Tom Smith’s KSV label), and a live collaboration with Tom Greenwood (Jackie-O Motherfucker) and Stefan Kushima as ‘Free Radical Theories’ on the U-Sound label.
“somewhere between a mostly unplugged Tom Carter and the classicism of James Blackshaw… Eric Arn is clearly becoming something of a guitar virtuoso.” –
Michael Wehunt, Foxy Digitalis
“Eric Arn has decided to explore the more avant-garde side of his musical mind. Arn… evokes memories of the current crop of acoustic guitar impresarios, Steffan Basho-Junghans and Harris Newman” – Jeff Penczak, Foxy Digitalis
