# NAME
Speakers Corner – It’s simple: a stack full of speakers in the corner of the fluc_wanne (which is L-shaped). Also, it’s a meeting corner for ambitious sound heads. Plus, the majority of the music we play comes from the London area or the UK in general or is influenced by the UK Sound.

# MUSIC
Speakers Corner is all about subbass heavy electronic music such as Dubstep, Techno, UK Garage, Dubtechno. However, it also streches  out to Grime, Juke, Trap, House, Dub Reggae etc. The focus is on intelligent, deep, epic, dark and minimal bass music. You will not hear annoying mid-range electro noise, cheesy, hollow or filthy stuff.

We see our task in continuing the original idea behind Dubstep, as it was focused on the low end, a lot of space between the notes, echoes and openness towards various musical genres.

# ATTITUDE
What really counts at Speakers Corner is the sound itself. It’s not about the DJ, the names, this and that. It’s about frequencies, beats and soundscapes, and all of that on a certain level. For that purpose we built our own Soundsystem, which we  will set up at the venue every time.

The room will be kept dark to enable you to concentrate solely on the sound and your inner vision.
