KA-YU
Woody Latuheru a.k.a KA-YU is a young producer, percussionist and dj from a little village in Holland called Oosterwolde and is one of DTW’s finest. His roots lay in Holland and Kilang, a village in Ambon, one of the Islands of Maluku. At the age of 14, he started making sample based beats and taught himself the fundamentals, sampling jazz, soul, funk & r&b. In 2014 he released the song “Forbidden Fruit’‘ which catapulted his music career to a next level.

Silo
Mathias Collet, better known as Silo, is a belgian producer/dj and one of the latest exciting additions to the Darker Than Wax roster. Fusing slinky underground hiphop, deep electronic trap and shimmering pop & house moments, silo makes music with a voice, a heart, and soul. Going forward at the age of 22, he demonstrates a maturity that’s quite rare. Singles and EP’s for his tight knit group of labels (he just describes them as ‘family’), collaborative projects, production projects for vocalists (not yet naming names) and carefully chosen remixes are all on the way . With all these influences and so much more bleeding into the current silo studio alchemies, the journey is just beginning for the young belgian music maker.

Mo Vibez
Sometimes it can take years for an artist to refine their sound. This is not the case for Mo Vibez, a producer who has recently garnered noteworthy attention regarding his unique style. Having completed some sessions at Red Bull Studios in Paris with none other than the legendary Evil Needle, Mo Vibez is quickly becoming a distinguished beatmaker in his own right.
After putting out his incredible “Vibeout Club” EP earlier 2016, Vibez caught the attention of Owsla’s Josh Pan. Vibez brings something new with every release. In addition to his solo releases, the producer has collaborated with the likes of Dabow, Herzeloyde, and many other well-known producers.
