Everyone who thought female Roots Reggae limits itself to Marcia Griffiths, Rita Marley and Puma Jones should come to the Volksgarten and experience the blessed voice of CHRISTINE MILLER. Her sound is sometimes stirring, sometimes meditative and always uplifting. This is why Soundsystem legends such as Aba Shanti I or King Shiloh trust in the pure positivity CHRISTINE MILLER sheds over the dancehall when she’s on the mic. The righteous Roots Woman sung on several releases of UK-Dub legend Russ Disciples as well as on KS Majestic Records. On her first concert in Vienna ever she will also perform tunes from her new album “Rebels with a cause” – a collaboration with singerman Tony Roots.
