Purpura was formed in 2017, in the wake of musical concerns of Manuel and Adrià, old bandmates for years back. This project consists of an experimental post-metal duo with band influences such as Amenra, Isis or Russian Circles.
The final sound of “Storm I”, their first release, was defined as a subtle combination of melody and crudity, light and darkness.
