DJ Andyloop is one of the key figures of the music scene of Barcelona and always keeps connected to the new music trends, shall they come from the Balkans, New York, the Maghreb or South America. Andyloop deftly throws together breakbeat, funky, house and a wide range of styles to deliver mixes that reflect Barcelona’s multicultural vibe.
Alongside his friend Wagner Pa, he co-founded in 2004 the highly acclaimed club night “Brazelona Sessions”, which did host the biggest names of the “Global Beat” scene until 2010 when the pair decided to venture into new directions.
As a producer he has remixed various tracks. One of them featured on the famous compilation “Turntables on the hudson 10th”, an album that commemorates the anniversary of this prestigious party in New York. He has collaborated with artists like: La Troba Kung Fu, Zulu 9.30 and Nickodemus, among others.
Both his trajectory and his creative style, uncovering rarities and original remixes, have placed him as one of the most wanted DJ’s in the Spanish panorama.
