Peter The Human Boy + Sakura

As the days are getting shorter and sleeves are getting longer, it’s just about the right time to celebrate the release of Peter The Human Boy’s long awaited debut album ‚Goodbye Summer‘.

‚Goodbye Summer‘ is a personal farewell to a carefree youth and another evidence for the uprising era of bedroom producers, such as Peter The Human Boy’s personal heros Mac Demarco, Ruban Nielson (Unkown Mortal Orchestra) and Kevin Parker (Tame Impala), all of which sparked Peter’s curiosity on how it’s possible to write, perform, record and mix all parts you hear on a record yourself. Vienna based songwriter Peter Mathis and his bandmates Gabriel Fischer, Patrick Stieger, Jannik Rieß are down to earth slow rockers, combining surf and indie rock with a dreamy pop feel while maintaining an overall jazzy groove.

Both Japanese And Chinese by blood, born and raised in Hong Kong, matured in London and currently based in Vienna – Sakura’s music is crafted to tell her colourful and captivating story through her own brand of lyrically compelling Indie, Folk and Rock.
