Dixie Peach

DIXIE PEACH was born in London & has been singing from the age of nine. In the early 80′s Dixie Peach joined Young Lion Sound as a MC and selector, and built his own sound system called Killerwatt Sound, producing a special track for the sound called “Pure Worries”. 1984, a producer by name of Jah Tubby’s released the track which went to No.11 in the english charts and No.1 in Hong Kong . This started the ball rolling, as it was not long before Dixie Peach had hits like “Slaughter”, “Tonight is the night” & “Raggamuffin & Rambo” which went to No.1 in the UK and charted worldwide! Over the years Dixie toured Europe & Japan as a solo artist and alongside Jah Tubbys Soundsystem. Nowadays, he is well known & respected for his hit tunes from the 80’s as well as new productions inna digital style!
