Borgore
The name comes from the mixture of two important elements in this artist’s life; Borger, a family name, and Gore, something he delivers through different mediums of art. Borgore grew up around music and having graduated from the most prestigious music school in Israel, his taste has developed into its own genre, Gorestep. Having produced Gorestep for a period of three years, Borgore has changed the way dubstep is perceived by outsiders and he’s responsible for introducing several new important demographics to the 140 bpm world.
Having worked with M.I.A, Bring Me The Horizon, Diplo, Jazzsteppa and more he’s also remixed the greats in their own right; Passion Pit, Rusko, Britney Spears and M.I.A. Fresh off a major World tour; Borgore has flown red-eye from Russia to play at M.I.A’s private record release party at MoMA. A request from the star herself, as she has called him ‚One of the best‘ in an interview for noted music publication, NME.Mr. Gore has been co-headlining shows with international Indie stars Die Antwoord including Hard Festival with Skream, Benga, 12th planet M.I.A and Ninja Sonik, along with a plethora of festivals throughout Europe with record breaking attendance of up to 70 thousand people. His ever growing fan base is proof that Borgore’s energy and soul are poured into every performance, not only for the love of the music but for the love of his fans.
