BASS BEYOND BORDERS.

Basstrace is here to share, enjoy and recultivate the trueschool roots of Dubstep. Providing an alternative to the mainstream. Beyond mass spectrum.

We are very delighted to host one of the most influential female DJ’s in Dubstep today: DJ Raggs is a musician, producer, journalist, promoter from London, UK. She is best known for her weekly radio show on SUB FM(every Thursday 5-7 pm CET). Her musical collaborations include Coki, El-B, BeezyDubfreqKinzy, Cotti, and K Man, to name just a few. On Basstrace 015 she also will celebrate her collaborative release with King Yoof on Moonshine Recordings. A good reason to spin a bunch of killer plates, for real!

DubDiggerz is a Slovenian duo playing and producing heavy tunes together since 2011. They’ll be premiering with their first release on Joe Nice’sGourmetbeats label later this year and host a regular event in Ljubljana called DeepEnd! – previously headlined by big boys like TRUTH, LAS,MikaelEGOLESSGantzEshOne & Joe Nice. It seems these guys are raising the flag for our sound relentlessly in Slovenia. True Sub Soldiers of the South and well respected associates of Basstrace on a joint mission.

And this one had to happen: Austrian DJ/producers DubApe and The ParaNox – long time buddies of Bass and more. Both have birthday right before Basstrace 015. If you remember DubApe on our own birthday bash, you know is calls for a double trouble birthday session of wicked dubs and classics. Big ups, big fun!

Our guests will be supported by the Basstrace clan residents: The Zion Archives and Dubnius.

BASS. ROOTS. CULTURE.
