Alan Wass & Sgt. Square & The Carls

So here we are on to Session #2, hope you all enjoyed the first one. The second one is getting even more Rock n Roll in the form of Mr Alan Wass a good friend of mine from the UK.

After a couple of European tour’s supporting Peter Doherty and a period of extensive song writing, Alan Wass is now looking to play a variety of live performances in order to showcase new material which is due to be recorded hor the highly awaited ‚Hired Gun -Extended Play Single‘.

Hired Gun was written by Alan Wass for his previous band ‚Left Hand‘, however the song was never released due to the split of the band. Alan Wass has finally decide to ‚Go It Alone‘ and aims to release an acoustic version of ‚Hired Gun‘. As well as a successful acoustic solo career Alan Wass has recently put together an amazing five piece band consisting of both rhythm and lead guitar, bass guitar, drums and a pianist, the band are called ..’The Lipstick Melodies‘.., and are currently working on both new and old material to be recorded and showcase at various venues in London.

Alan Wass is currently recording a series of acoustic tracks at IMW Studios in Islington, London. The first of these are ‚Go It Alone‘ and ‚Poor Me, Poor You‘.
