SIMON AND THE BAR SINISTERS (US)

Band formed in may 1991–our goal was to bridge the gap between Rockabilly-Jump Blues-Surf- 60′s garage r&r-Soul-Swing –and Punk Rock of the first wave 1977 also early NYHC sound—basically selfish– I wanted to play what I wanted to play, when i wanted to do it!!!

Scott, Glenn and Raven been in on it since the beginning and have all drifted back so we preserve the pure original lineup from 1991 !!! the scene has changed, NYC has changed (for the worse) and other bands have come and gone but SIMON AND THE BAR SINISTERS REMAIN!!!!
