David Howalds Version von Rockmusik, schwanger mit Avantgarde und dem Hunger nach neuem Grund, lässt sich nur schlecht schubladisieren. Versucht man sie immerhin zu lokalisieren, könnte man vielleicht sagen er bewege sich irgendwo zwischen dem späten Nick Cave, Sigur Ros und the Velvet Underground.
