In the five years since the release of ’story of a heart‘ THE RED RIVER TWO have grown in many ways; red river one and red river two between them are by now the happy/busy fathers of five. so it only makes sense that they got in more musicians to help them – first red river rob aka rob niedl joined on drums before red river duchess aka marlene lacherstorfer joined them on bass, making THE RED RIVER TWO even more of a real band than before, still passionately dealing with ‚americana of a different kind‘. june 4th 2010 in vienna sees them playing live again celebrating their eponymous 13-song album ‚THE RED RIVER TWO‘ to be regulary released in september 2010 on monkey/hoanzl. the story of a heart, aaargh, the red river two continues. on their own terms, in their own time.
