Nyckelhappy Connection erweitert sich für dieses Konzert mit Sebastian Ringer am Kontrabass zu einem klangstarken Trio. Gemeinsam präsentieren die drei Musiker Arrangements traditioneller Tanzmusik, Großteiles aus Schweden, Norwegen, Irland und Frankreich.

Ob schwebende Walzer, temperamentvolle Polskas, Schottis oder Bourrées: Die Musik verbindet jahrhundertealte Folk-Traditionen mit einer unmittelbaren, ansteckenden Leichtigkeit.
Mal kraftvoll und rhythmisch, mal fein und lyrisch. Immer mit dem Ziel, Menschen in Bewegung zu bringen.

Im Frau Mayer wird der Konzertabend zur Tanzfläche. Wer zuhören möchte, ist ebenso willkommen wie alle, die sich von den Klängen mitreißen lassen und das Tanzbein schwingen möchten. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht nötig – die Musik selbst weist den Weg.

For this special concert, Nyckelhappy Connection is joined by Sebastian Ringer on double bass, forming a vibrant trio. Together, the three musicians present lively arrangements of traditional dance music, primarily from Sweden, Norway, Ireland, and France.
From graceful waltzes and spirited polskas to schottisches and bourrées, their programme brings centuries-old folk traditions to life with freshness, energy, and irresistible charm. At times powerful and rhythmic, at others delicate and lyrical, the music is always played with one goal in
mind: to get people moving.

At Frau Mayer, the concert hall becomes a dance floor. Those who simply wish to listen are just as welcome as those who feel inspired to dance. No previous dance experience is needed—the music itself will show the way.
