Fräulein Marla Blumenblatt entführt uns in ihr geheimnisvolles Leben zwischen einst und heute. Sie entstaubt den flotten Swing der 30er und 40er verbindet Gypsie Jazz mit Big Band Klängen und reichert gekonnt kompatible Sounds mit einem Schuss melancholischem Chanson an. “I always loved the glamour and sophistication of the 1930’s”
Sie entzückte schon die Pariser Elite im weltberühmten Cabaret Crazy Horse in Paris. So sehr auch den kanadischen Cirque du Soleil bei ihrem Las Vegas Aufenthalt, der auf sie aufmerksam wurde und sie für eine ihrer erfolgreichen Shows abwerben wollte. Nach ihrem musikalischen Aufenthalt in New York, wo sie in einer Off Broadway Show sang, beschloss Fräulein Blumenblatt kurzer Hand ihre wunderbaren Melodien niederzuschreiben und ihr Debüt Album “Poison Arrows” aufzunehmen.
